3. How qualified are your virtual assistants (VA's)?

Our virtual assistants are graduates from well-renowned colleges and universities in the Philippines. Through their constant practice in their field of specialization, they continue to hone their skills and talents. Language wouldn’t be an issue as our VAs are all proficient in the English language.

4. What are the rates of your services?

Our monthly rates vary depending on the service of your choice. With the Right Team Provider, what we can guarantee is that you can save up to 60% compared to standard industry prices.

5. What are your payment methods?

We accept payments made via wire transfer or PayPal, whichever is most convenient for our clients.

6. Can you make payments through your site?

No, we don’t accept payments through the site. We have a separate e-invoice system for that.

8. Why is hiring a VA from you better than freelance VAs?

While there may be benefits on hiring freelance VAs, the risk in doing so is very high. We guarantee you that our virtual assistants are well-trained, very reliable, and ultimately cost-efficient.

9. What's the working environment like?

Our office is a well-maintained and conducive working environment. We provide our VAs with their own personal workspace and computers with fast internet connection.

10. What happens when our VAs are unable to report to work?

Should a virtual assistant be absent for emergency reasons, we will provide you with an alternative VA or arrange a setup where the VA can make up for his or her absence. Clients would be notified as soon as possible in such cases. If in case we don’t have a replacement, or a VA can’t make up for the absence, we will deduct the amount of the supposed payment on the following invoice.

11. How can you be sure that the VAs can maintain confidentiality?

Our virtual assistants are subject to a legally-binding nondisclosure and confidentiality agreement. They are constantly being monitored to eliminate risk of them using information from you for personal benefit.

12. Can the VAs handle a variety of tasks and projects?

Yes, they can. While each virtual assistant specializes in their own field, they can also perform a wide range of tasks. You can hire a variety of VAs to better delegate the tasks you need for your projects.

13. How can you keep track of a VA's activities and progress?

Your virtual assistants will be available to communicate with you during their duty hours. At the end of each day, they will also send you a progress report detailing their activities and what they have accomplished.

14. What happens when I am not satisfied with your service?
