This Privacy Policy explains how Ideahub Solutions LLC, doing business as Right Team Provider ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.rightteamprovider.com (the "Site"), book a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us.
This policy covers information collected through the Site and our marketing and booking communications. Personal information we process on behalf of clients while delivering staffing or AI services is governed by our written agreement with that client.

Information You Give Us
- Contact details: name, business email, phone number, and time zone.
- Business details: company name, website, industry, the bottleneck or role you need help with, your interest (global staff, AI employee, or both), and tools you use, such as your CRM.
- Booking details: the appointment you choose and any notes you add.
- Communications: the content of emails, texts, calls, chats, and meeting notes when you contact us. Calls and meetings may be recorded or transcribed where permitted by law and with any notice or consent the law requires.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 8.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive business contact information from referral partners, public business directories, and professional networking sites.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and hold your free consultation and initial assessment.
- To respond to inquiries and prepare recommendations and proposals.
- To provide, manage, and improve our services and the Site.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages.
- To send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them or where the law otherwise allows. You can opt out at any time.

4. Calls, Text Messages & Email
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your appointment, inquiry, or our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Your mobile information is not shared. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described in Section 6 excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third parties.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in each email. We may still send you service or transactional messages.
5. AI Tools
We may use AI-powered tools, including AI agents, to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, transcribe or summarize conversations, and support our team. If you interact with one of our AI agents by chat, text, or phone, we will tell you where the law requires it, and you can ask to speak with a person. Information you share in those interactions is handled under this policy.
We do not permit our AI service providers to use your personal information to train their general models, unless you have consented or our contract allows it.
6. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as CRM and scheduling platforms, email and SMS providers, hosting, analytics, AI providers, and meeting tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Our delivery team and affiliates, including global team members working outside your country, where needed to evaluate and deliver services you request.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Right Team Provider, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
7. International Transfers
We work with businesses globally, and our global team members work from outside the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as contractual protections.
8. Cookies & Analytics
The Site and our booking page use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure our marketing. The booking calendar is provided by a third-party scheduling platform that may set its own cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as booking, may not work without them. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We then delete or anonymize it.

EU/UK residents: we process your information based on your consent, our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you, and our legal obligations.
Residents of other countries: you may have additional rights under the data-protection laws where you live.

The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
