1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.rightteamprovider.com (the "Site"), operated by Ideahub Solutions LLC, doing business as Right Team Provider ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

2. Our Services

Right Team Provider provides experienced global team members ("AI-Empowered Global Staff") and designs, builds, and supports custom AI agents ("AI Employees"), separately or together.

Pricing, scope, staffing, integrations, support coverage, and performance commitments apply only when stated in a signed agreement.

3. Free Consultation & Assessment

The free consultation and initial assessment carry no obligation to buy. Any recommendation we give is based on the information you provide and is offered as a practical suggestion, not a guarantee. Implementation, staffing, and ongoing services are scoped and priced separately.

Bookings are made through a third-party scheduling platform. We may reschedule or cancel appointments when needed and will try to give you reasonable notice.

4. Calls, Texts & Email

If you give us your phone number and consent, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Right Team Provider about your inquiry, appointment, and our services, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Examples & No Guaranteed Results

Workflows, cost comparisons, and outcomes described on the Site are illustrative. They are not promises of specific results, savings, revenue, or performance. Actual results depend on your business, your systems, the scope agreed, and other factors outside our control.

Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

6. AI Employees & AI-Generated Content

AI systems can make mistakes, produce inaccurate output, or behave unexpectedly. AI Employees operate within the instructions, system access, and human handoffs defined for each deployment. Unless your agreement states otherwise:

• You remain responsible for your business decisions and for reviewing AI output where appropriate.
• You are responsible for making sure your use of AI Employees, including calls, texts, payment reminders, and data handling, complies with laws that apply to your business and customers.
• Third-party AI models, voice, and software services are subject to their own terms and availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Right Team Provider or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. "Right Team Provider" and related marks are our trademarks.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false information or impersonate any person or business.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to collect content or data from the Site.
• Upload viruses or other harmful code.

9. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including our booking platform. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Team Provider and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Liability for services provided under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Right Team Provider harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Santa Clarita, California (Los Angeles County), and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes & General Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Right Team Provider regarding the Site.
